“Bloodhound” tells the gripping story of two young boxers, Woojin and Gyumin, who find an unlikely ally in Mr. Choi, a good-natured moneylender. Uncle of the poor and financially desperate, together, they take down the ruthless loan shark group controlled by Myung-Gil.
Plot Summary:
San Woojin and Kim Gyumin are struggling boxers who get caught up in illegal money-lending business. Myung-Gil (with Akin) runs a loan shark operation, preyin on people who through no fault of their own fall on hard times, and gets them so deep in debt they will never escape, but be terrified of his reach. Cross paths of our boxers with Mr. Choi, an ex-boxer and kind-hearted moneylender who stands in opposition to Myung-Gil's ways.
Mr. Choi, who feels a moral obligation to correct Myung-Gil’s misdeeds, mentors Woojin and Gyumin. And as they gather evidence, get support, and challenge Myung-Gil’s network, things don’t go smoothly. Their quest is perilous as they must contend with brutal enforcers, legal obstacles, and the moral complexity of vigilante justice.
As Woojin and Gyumin write with the motivation to improve their boxing ability, they grow to understand the importance of trust, loyalty, and resilience. He guides and mentors them through both their personal struggles and the external threats brought on by Myung-Gil.
The story touches upon several themes including redemption, courage, and the struggle for justice. With the odds against them, Woojin and Gyumin must face their fears and go beyond their previous limits to bring down Myung-Gil's empire to bring hope and dignity back to their community.

Woojin:
