After the overwhelming triumph of Past Lives, her Oscar-nominated directorial movie, Celine Song is now onto a romantic comedy that includes elements of comedy and drama this time. The scheduled release date is June 13, 2025, and it will start its theatrical run on this date.
A common love triangle seen in the movie is exposed through the Materialists trailer. The main plot consists of a story in which Dakota Johnson plays a New York matchmaker who is very successful while any of the two men she will choose between is a wealthy guy.
